MEET COLLEEN
Meet Colleen Gleeson
Colleen Gleeson is the principal mediator at Encompass Mediation.
She became a nationally accredited mediator in 2013 and qualified as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner in 2015. Colleen is registered with the Australian Government Attorney-General’s Department and is a practitioner member of the Mediation Institute.
Her professional background spans community services, human resources and development, employment services, and financial and banking services. This broad experience helps her understand the personal, practical and workplace pressures that often sit behind a dispute.
Colleen works with separating parents, families, employees, employers, business partners, community organisations and individuals experiencing conflict.
