Information shared with a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner is confidential, there are a few exceptions to this specified under the Family Law Act. These exceptions can be explained by the practitioner during the consultation.

About Encompass Mediation
Colleen Gleeson is the principal mediator at Encompass Mediation. She is a nationally accredited mediator, having completed her accreditation with Resolution Institute in 2013. Colleen became a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner through the College of Law in 2015. She is registered with the Attorney General and is a practitioner member of Mediation Institute.
Colleen has an extensive career and experience delivering services within the Community Services sector, Human Resources and Development sector, and Financial and Banking Services. Her qualifications include:
